Hello everyone, I am now becoming a middle school student in the United States and I am also a dancer. Whenever I am mad and I listen to music, watch a video on dancing, or just do it on my own, I feel like that frustration magically leaves my body. I feel like dancing is something that appeals to me that is not just sitting in front of a screen watching what people post on the internet. Dancing can also have psychological benefits on people such as increased self esteem and reducing stress and anxiety. Some people who dance at a certain age can improve their physical activity because dancing is an excellent form of aerobic exercise that helps improve cardiovascular health, increased flexibility and endurance, and contributes to weight loss. In many pre-teens and teens, dancing makes them feel happy and not overwhelmed by issues such as school, homework, and social pressure. Many teens who have been bullied have changed because they found a way to escape the pressure and feel more like themselves. Dancing has been my best friend during all this time and I can say it has been the best thing that has ever happened to me. I wish that many people who are reading this would be able to feel happy with something they like to do.

That is so true, I feel like that is so important especially at a young age to find something, an activity or any hobby, that sort of balances your life. Thank you for sharing, you are so strong:)
Thank you to you and family for sharing your opinion and experiences on the benefits of art and dancing classes to prevent depression.
I also feel this way while dancing
